"Five years into my practice as an academic allergist/immunologist, my perceptions continue to evolve. Less time and resources to help sicker patients. Answering not only to our patients’ needs but those of insurance companies and other interested parties whose motives are less than altruistic."

Kara Wada is an allergist-immunologist.

She shares her story and discusses her KevinMD article, "Burnout and bias? Or medical gaslighting?" (https://www.kevinmd.com/blog/2021/07/burnout-and-bias-or-medical-gaslighting.html)
