However, the imbalance remains stark, with significantly fewer minority doctors compared to their white counterparts.
This disparity poses a challenge to making medicine more inclusive.
Especially in primary care, where the system heavily favors specialists, leaving primary care doctors struggling to meet financial demands and patient needs.
