The key is to understand why a particular employer or organization wants to hire you. It's important to remember that you are no longer competing, they have chosen you. Ask yourself why they have chosen you. It could be because of your skills, your personality, or your unique perspective. Whatever the reason, embrace it, and use it to your advantage.
Knowing our worth is not just about the numbers and the salary, it's about understanding the unique value we bring to the table. So, let's stop comparing ourselves to others and start valuing ourselves for who we are.
